Depends on what is going on with your skin. The only difference between a day and a night cream is a night cream is normally a little richer. What are you trying to accomplish and what are you currently using?

Q: Would you put this on before or after a moisturizer?

It is a moisturizer. My aesthetician selected it for me after trying two other GM Colin moisturizers that were too much for my rosacea-prone skin. This one is wonderful. It reduces redness.
