This was my very first Amazon purchase. I received the book on the said date. Good service by Amazon.Dr. Pai has made a very good attempt at writing this book, loved it and enjoyed reading it. Language is simple, lucid and clear. I totally agree to the facts and suggestions given by her. The best part is about the home remedies and exercises suggested by her.I recommend everyone to read this book...

see...if you think that by paying around 200rs for this book and then you will know every secret...then you are wrong...and no ...she is not going to give you medicine for acne (you need to go to dermatologist for that)......this book is about skin care and there will be many topics in which you might not be interested ( feel free to skip them)...i f u don't want to study about latest technology and cosmetic procedures ...just skip them( although i read everything).....read what u are interested in...in this book you are not going to know about 100 secrets.....but around 10-20...but they are worth it.....overall it is a must read for any age group and both boys and girls ( although more tips for girls included)

Good informative book. Could get to know skin & ageing. Gives good idea about how to take care of skin as you age. So far I have read 150 pages. I am satisfied.
