I can't believe it was delivered the day after I ordered it. It was as advertised.

It resembles a pipe, but is not a pipe.
All of the pictures show a preassembled pipe and nothing in the description says that it is not preassembled. I went with this one specifically because all photos showed an assembled pipe. I don’t know if this is common however, if it’s specifically said that I had to assemble it, I would’ve went with a different brand.

I got a USED or returned item, but otherwise it was fine.
Worked fine with my other 4" stove pipe. BUT IT'S NOT OK TO SHIP OUT OBVIOUSLY USED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS WHO ORDERED NEW!!! It was all bent up like someone couldn't figure out how to put it together. I made it work so I'm not bothering to return it. It's more bent up than I would like though.

I ordered 4 pipes and when I received them one was a little damaged, I emailed the company and right away they sent me a new one. The pipes are of great quality heaven duty and strong. I would purchase items from them again. Thanks

It is not a pipe
The 24" seem is not connected, there for it is not a pipe. This seems to be common to leave the seem undone, but this is not stated clearly in the description. Also, I have old hands and cannot "snap" it together. If they had been clear in the description I would not have ordered this item.
