Saves valuable real estate in a tiny kitchen. Love!
At last a dish drying rack that does not take up what little counter space I have (2ft x 2ft). I live in the NYC and everything is small and compact, so much so that there doesn't seem to be anyone out there who make compact size dish racks. I've had others before this that are technically classified as "compact" but they were still too wide and took up over half the counter when you add the drain pan.It was a bit pricey but it was worth it for the extra five inches I've gained, at least now I feel like I have actual "counter space" and not just a sliver that was barely wide enough to set a plate down. I was not able to use any of the added accessories that came with this dish rack like the knife storage (since I also have cabinets over the top of the counter) nor the lid holder. If you have cabinets the hang over your sink/counter area, it's unlikely that you'll be able to use the knife holder or the cutlery holder since they are set up to hang off the higher rack, there won't be enough clearance to put things in or out. I am able to put most of my cups and bowls on the top rack. I keep butcher block on the back end of the lower plate rack instead of using the extension. This is a very small slim rack ( which is why I purchase this particular one), if you have a larger kitchen or family and cook large meals this is probably not (necessary) for you. This is great for urban dwellers living in small apartments with even smaller kitchens. Am very happy with this, it's solid and sturdy, putting it together was a breeze. There is a little bit of adjustability in the legs and the drainage pan works well, love how it slide in and out easily and I have not had the problem of plates sitting on the drainage pan since my plates are more square then round, larger plates has to sit in the middle of the rack which is not a big deal. Very happy with this!

Love how it cleared up room on my kitchen counter!
I love the fact that This has cleared up space on my counter by the concept of a two-tier I didn’t have much counterspace so the size is great. I also like the look of it it is stylish. However there are two things I do not like in the short time that I have used it first, the utensil holder is not big enough so I’m not able to put many utensils in it which I would of liked it large. Also the holes in the utensil holder are Shaped so that knives slip through (see pic) which is annoying. Another thing to mention is the utensil holder doesn’t have anything underneath so the water drips on the counter or if it’s close enough to the sink you can have it over that. The other part I am not overly found of and maybe there isn’t anything that can be done but you have to stack with the mentality of a puzzle. Dishes tip over when stacking if not careful and or if you have bigger items it’s even harder. Overall really like though compared to what other options I had and saw.

The form-factor I've always wanted
I've had this for about 4 months and I like it so far! Like others say the build quality isn't amazing, but it's sturdy and does the job; I also haven't noticed any rust.In my search for a new rack I wanted it to have a small footprint so I could put it close to the wall to wrangle the smaller items but leave space for larger things like pots and pans on a drying mat in front of it. This works wonderfully and I don't have to worry about any of my pots/pans falling or sitting haphazardly like on typical drying racks. Overall it works great and if I have a large pan I set it on the drying mat and lean it on the rail of the bottom shelf so it has more air flow to dry.

Worth the price
I ordered this product a little over a month ago. It arrived in good condition and quickly. There was no issue putting it together and none of the metal parts were bent or misaligned. The only small issue was the plastic drip trey was bowed in the middle. I used cloths pins for a couple of weeks to compensate for the bow and then just let it be. It has corrected over time and no longer has a bow. It was hard to find something for the little space I had but this product is perfect and I finally have enough room to put all the dishes in rack when doing the dishes. Very happy with this choice and worth saving up to get it.

Looks great - and actually takes up less room on the countertop
I have limited space next to my sink and I was tired of the standard plastic dish drainer because it is hard to keep clean. So I searched for a stainless dish drainer. After comparing several, I decided on this product and so far I am very happy with it. It is visually appealing and was easy to assemble with a Phillips head screwdriver. It uses space vertically so it frees up some counter-top space for me. It's hard to see, but there is a shallow removable drain pan below the lower dish rack to catch run-off. I don't care if water drips onto the dishes from the upper rack. On the occasional moment I have a very large item that won't fit on it, I use a drying mat or towel next to it. It was more costly than some others, but I felt like treating myself.

Sturdy but not very convenient.
This dish rack seems to be of pretty good quality so far. It was really easy to put together and is sturdy. I am disappointed at the design of it, however. The utensil holder and cutting board slot doesn’t have a “draining plate” under it so it just soaks the counter top. I’ll have to end up buying a dish drying towel for underneath it. The hooks for cooking utensils also only work for tiny, short utensils (not full size spatulas, etc.) I like the slot on the back for hanging knives, but again, they just drip onto the counter.

Stainless, not chrome plated, so should not rust
I like that it won't rust, or shouldn't for years. I don't like the design in many areas. Only dessert size plates will fit properly to stand on the bottom layer. The silverware holder, put in the intended place, will cause dripping on the counter as it is not over the drip tray. The same, if you wash the bread board and put it in the holder, it, too, will drip on the counter.

Fits space. Sturdy.
It was simple to assemble and seems sturdy. Don’t know about durability yet as I’ve only had a couple of weeks. Overall am satisfied!Pros:Holds many things on 2 levelsLooks goodTray that catches water is easy to remove and cleanCons:Spacers are such that small plates touch drain trayDividers of spacers are such that large (10”) plates only fit in middle spot, minimizing what can be heldUtensils holder hangs over and drips on counter
