which jojoba carrier oil is best for beards?

Jojoba oil is fine for beards. Many of the Beard Oil products contain jojoba oil, argan oil, coconut, sunflower and avacado oil,. So using jojoba oil straight will be fine, as well.

If living in Maui how best to store this oil ?

I live in Florida, i store my oil with the rest of my face and hair products. On the counter or in my bathroom cabinet. There isn’t really storage specifics but it’s an oil and should be room temperature, not in an area that can cause it to become extremely hot and boil.
