Great for your DIY!
I made a baby mobile for my baby to arrive soon. This holder os everything I was looking for. It's sturdy and stays very stable attached to the cot. The sound is s bit rough in your ears but I don't mind it. You either use the arms that come with it and attach each of the items you creat or you can remove the arms and have your items attached to a bamboo circle that yoy can link to the holder (excuse my Spanglish I hope this makes sense).My baby is not here yet -not until next week eek!!- so haven't actually tried it yet hence why 4* but all in all very happy with it and would recommend it!!

Just what I was looking for
So I handmade my own mobile and had no idea how to attach it to the cot. This is perfect and the mechanical music box is such a nice touch - meaning that the mobile spins around as the song plays. I didn't use the four arm part, I just hung my mobile on that hook but I will say it is maybe a bit low for when the baby gets older and grabby.Really easy to assemble & attach.

Mobile itself is fine but it’s definitely not white! It’s a lilac colour. Very disappointing.

Great for personalizing if want something different or keeping with a theme. One bad thing is music and spinning doesn't last long.. you could see it as a bad thing or a good thing depending on how easily it becomes irritating. Personally the music just irritates me.

Perfectly serviceable
Perfectly serviceable cot mobile arm to which I can attach my own dangly bits. The musical box doesn’t directly attach to the arm as the hook and eyes are not of a compatible size. This can however be added with a piece of ribbon or similar. Nice that the whole unit comes apart and folds for neat storage.

Easy to use, no batteries needed
This was exactly what I needed.I made my own mobile and just hooked it on the the music box.. so it was super easy to attach what ever mobile you want straight to the music box.The music box is wind up so no batteries are needed and when it’s Wound up and turned on it plays music but also spins around.
