Reliable, Gentle Wound Cleanser for First Aid
NeilMed Wound Wash is a staple in my first aid supplies, and for good reason. It delivers a steady, gentle stream of sterile saline that effectively cleans wounds without causing stinging or irritation. It’s great for flushing out debris from minor cuts, scrapes, and abrasions while being safe to use on sensitive skin. I appreciate that it’s drug-free and doesn’t require mixing—just spray and go. The nozzle design makes it easy to control the flow and reach the affected area without touching the wound, which helps reduce the risk of contamination. It’s also a good size for keeping in a home first aid kit or taking along for travel. Overall, this is a dependable, easy-to-use wound wash that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a gentle and effective way to clean wounds for proper healing, NeilMed is a product I trust and highly recommend.

Great Brand
Cheaper than their other NeilMed piercing cleanse. Only differences is the spray is really strong. But i found a work around, my h20 ocean spray had the same nozzle but with a finer mist so i swapped the nozzle from the h20 can to this one and it was a perfect fit and gives me the same misting option as NeilMed piercing kit. I am unsure if the nozzle on the neilmed piercing spray will fit on this one. I already threw out that can, leave a comment if you were able to change the nozzles around. It was super easy with the one i did.

Best Healing Spray on the Market
Was having issues with one of my piercings and tried many other saline sprays and there was no resolution to the issue until I used this. Won't use anything else going forward! The only con is due to the high pressure of the stream it literally lasts 2 or 3 uses but with how amazing it works I can't be upset.

This is not a mist spray!
This works great! My only problem is I didn’t read closely enough. It is NOT a mist spray, it comes out in one pressurized stream. Again it works great and is an awesome product just a lot more messy for my piercings than I was expecting because it’s not a mist

Does the job well but bottle doesn't last very long
I got a new piercing for the first time in many many years and this was an absolute lifesaver. My new piercing got very irritated when the flatback tip fell off. A lot of dried blood and crusties. Yuck! As much as I wanted to wipe away the blood and crusties with Q-tips and tissue, I refrained because I noticed that they were just irritating my piercing even more. I switched to using this spray ONLY. No Kleenex (except to wipe away any dripping saline solution from the side of my face), no Q-tips, nothing. My piercing is doing so much better after only a week and a half! The saline spray basically "dissolved" the crusties and dried blood. I can tell my piercing is still healing as it's only 3.5 months old but it's improved a lot. The only reason I knocked off one star though for this is that this bottle does not last long. I was expecting it to last at least a few months but it lasted only about a week and a half. I used it 2x/day (once in the AM, once in the PM). Very short sprays directly on my piercing. I realize now that it's super cheap because it doesn't last very long. If there's a bigger size, I'd recommend getting that for any piercings.

Reliable, gentle, and easy to use. A staple in my first aid kit
This saline spray ended up being more useful than I expected. The pressure is strong enough to rinse out dirt and debris, but still gentle on sensitive skin. The nozzle makes it easy to control exactly where the stream goes, which helps a lot when cleaning scrapes or small cuts without touching them. The solution is truly sterile and feels clean every time. The can holds more than it looks, and it sprays consistently until the very last bit. What I like most is how quick it makes wound care. No mixing, no squeezing, no contamination from dipping anything into a bottle. Just spray, pat dry, and apply whatever dressing you need. It works well for adults and kids, and it is something I now keep in my travel bag, car kit, and bathroom cabinet. If you want a simple and effective way to handle minor wounds at home or on the go, this is a product that actually lives up to its purpose.

Gets the job done
The saline solution itself is legit, the nozzle to spray is not the best in my opinion. Especially for trying to spray on an ear piercing, it has an awkward sprayer and the nozzle to hold down even broke off initially. It works though.

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

Works well for cleaning new piercings or wounds. Have used it on my dog as well in a pinch. Powerful full spray so it is not a fine mist product.
