I purchased this comforter set for a guest bedroom. The comforter is very soft and truly is a reversible model. The skirting already ripped so that was a disappointment and the taupe is closer to a tan color than a true taupe color. The decorative pillows are very full so they didn't skimp on stuffing for them and have an attractive design. Price was 60% off and would recommend purchasing this.

The product came as pictured. I feel like the quality isn’t what I paid for. I washed all the linens before using and that’s probably the worst thing I did. The comforter stayed really lumpy and uneven. I think my dryer ruined the fluffiness of it and the pillow shams stayed extremely wrinkled. Even the bed shirt stayed wrinkled. I hate the process of returning things so I will just stick with what I have. The worst is the lumpy comforter. 🤷🏻‍♀️

From the image, I figured the pinch pleat would be a little nicer. It's just a bump that looks like a wrinkle, not a pleat sadly this bedding looks better on the zig zag side. Also in the image, it looks like the bedskirt is square. Mine arrived with a ruffle bedskirt, you really want as advertised in the ad. The pillows are great size and better than average textiles. They are as pictured and will take up the top half of the bed.

The quilt is super comfy and soft, I love the material, it's perfect for Fall ( in NY ) and will be great in the winter with another blanket under it. It came really wrinkled- but they came right out with my steam cleaner thing. One of the pillows is 2 sided also as well as the pillow shams, which the pic doesn't show- the other side is the brown and white chevron pattern- it's made to look like burlap, but really soft. It also came next day delivery instead of 2 days! Dog hair doesn't seem to stick to it and i'm glad the pillows DON"T have feathers in them- feathers give me allergies, always poke out and scratch me and go all over the place when you take the covers off.

Eh. The material is cheap looking. Also, another review said this is beige, so I ordered beige sheets. It's not beige. It's definitely a taupe color, but lighter than in the picture and more gray. If you want matching sheets, I would go with white or chocolate brown. White would look good because the stripes are white. Chocolate brown would look good because it's a good contrasting color against the comforter and brings out the brown. I washed it and it did not fall apart as other reviews said. All 7 pieces were there too. Overall, it's a good price for the set if you are looking for something affordable. It's not what I imagined, but looks fairly good in my guest bedroom.

I like the set, I like the "puffed" parts of the comforter, and do think it was a good bargain; however, already 2 of the puffed parts have become unsewn and now those 2 parts of the comforter are lying flat. I like the pillows and the shams. If I had bought the comforter in a local store, I would take it back and exchange it for another, but because packing it up and mailing it would be cost prohibitive, I will live with the discrepancies. It could've been made just a little bit better so this wouldn't happen, and especially not in the first few months of ownership. Kinda disappointing.

Some complained about the polyester finish - but for the price, what do you expect? I am very pleased with this comforter. It looks expensive and it's pretty warm. Sure, it's not cotton, but where else are you going to get all the throw pillows and a comforter delivered to your door for this kind of money? The set itself is definitely a nice tan-toupe color. Buyer beware of one thing: you can't see it well in the pictures, but the chevron pattern actually has a distressed/weathered look to the pattern/finish, not the ultra-modern solid stripes I was expecting. Fortunately, I decided to do chevron curtains instead, so I am using the comforter pleated side up.

I love the color of this set and it's fairly comfortable. I love the little pinches of fabric but I've now washed this comforter 3 times since having it and the batting inside bunches up more and more every time. I'm afraid I'm going to have to get rid of it soon. I was able to seperate some of it just moving it around a bit but it hasn't done much. Also, to note I washed it in a laundry mat to prevent this happening in a small washer. Looks to be it'll happen in any washer no matter the size.

Purchased set for my Mothers Birthday and she loved it !!
