So I just started taking insulin for diabetes. (😒) I already had a glucose tester in it's own carrying case and now with a pen, alcohol wipes and pen needles to use I needed something to store them in. This little case is working great. I can store all my things in one case and the case is not really that big. It has plenty of pockets and compartments for different items. I have not needed or used the cold pack. I didn't buy it for that. But I have an upcoming trip so I may give it a try as I need to take an extra pen or two. Having everything in one bag does make taking insulin easier.

Love this bag. I bought it for my mother, a Type 1 diabetic. There is enough room to pack quite a bit of supplies, so you won't have to refill the bag often. The two small ice packs freeze relatively quick in the freezer. And stay cold for awhile so your insulin is protected. The material is of very good quality and the size is perfect for travel. Happy with my purchase.

It's a good pouch but could have more defined pockets and pouches to accommodate the meters and insulin pens. It's a little big for what I wanted, but fits everything with no issues. It's great for traveling because it bug and can fit a lot of supplies in it. Came with a cold pack, but I haven't used it yet. Would recommend.

My husband's doctor gave him a new meter that connects to the internet. I had to buy a cable to connect it. You can see from the pic, that the cable takes up a lot of room.I ordered this bag since it had several pockets. His other case would not hold the cable. See pics, hubby uses the prefilled pens. This bag has room for his pens, meter, test strips and even the instruction book for the meter. Love this bag.

I actually bought this bag for my dog who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. It is the perfect size for his meter, etc. and keeps all his supplies in one place. Will especially use it this summer to transport his insulin & keep it cool from the pharmacy to home.

Space for all our T1 supplies. Great for travel.

The images show a place for syringes and also a place for an insulin pen. An insulin pen doesn’t use syringes but has small encapsulated needles. I can find no place in this bag to put these needle capsules except loose in the area where the insulin pen is. It is the best carrier I could find, but it certainly does not meet all my needs.

Just like picture, bag comes sealed in a clear plastic bag. Quality will last years. I gifted it to someone who just started doing insulin. I hope it serves them well. The coolpak is a nice feature.
