The Snailax memory foam chair massage pad is a very comfortable seat pad. The memory foam seat cushion is thick about 2-2.5 inches, it has excellent memory foam padding and the cover material is of a terrycloth it is great quality. I purchased this to replace a heating pad I use on my back. I have arthritis in my spine, the heated and massaging of this seat cushion has helped relieve my pain. The seat cushion provides excellent heat on the bottom and back up to the shoulders. Its portable so it can be used in the house or a car with a 12 volt adapter. It came with the plug for 110v wall plug cord and I purchased a 12v adapter so I can use in the car. The massage works excellent on both the bottom and back and has many settings to choose from. I have used it with 110v and 12v and it performs excellent with both power adapters and no difference noticed with either power source. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend the Snailax seat cushion.

Lots of options. Soft fuzzy cover. My husband is very happy with this purchase and it has help ease his back pain. Not familiar with the brand but it appears to be a good product and we are happy with our purchase.

Got this for my mom Dec 2021 and it's still working great (June 30, 2025) She has used this at least 12 hours a day. She loves it. I'm ordering her another one just like this one.

Just so ya know, I'm 63 year old female with a lot of back pain due to some serious back issues (spinal stenosis, severe arthritis, scoliosis and 2 bulging discs). In addition, six months ago I had my right hip replaced. I'm 5' 3" tall and weigh 130 lbs. Also, I'm active. I'm not bed bound or anything like that.I'm only giving this info because I want people reading the review to know what my issues are so they can make an educated decision on whether or not this item is right for them.On to the review:I'll admit. I just got the massage cushion BUT I got it an hour ago and I had it set up and ready to use in less than a minute. I am now sitting down and in ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. I have serious pain in my lower back and hips and MAN! This is such an awesome item!1) It's easy to set up (and I DO MEAN EASY).2) The remote control and it's options are fabulous! I had no idea I would get so many options! I've taken a picture so yawl could see for yourselves exact what it looks like RIGHT out of the box.You can choose which area of your body you want catered to. You can choose the the INTENSITY of the massage. You can have heat with it. It has a timer that you can set for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. You have six setting that include tapping, kneading, pulsating, rolling and an auto feature (that actually is very cool) AND it's not bull manure either! Each option is DIFFERENT from the next selection. In one case the difference is minor but it IS different.3) IT LOOKS NICE TOO! I thought it would look like hell but it doesn't. I have one of those small heating/vibrating pads and it looks seriously tacky. I figured this would be the same BUT I was SO WRONG! Check out the pictures. It's a nice looking piece AND, again, it actually works! MY BACK ACTUALLY FEELS BETTER AFTER 15 MINUTES OF USE!I really think this would work well for any small to regularly sized individual. Update 3.16.22- I haven’t had this for even 2 months and it’s already broke. The upper back section of the massage stopped working completely. The squeaking sound is in all but 1 section of the massage and I can’t get it to stop so I just turn it off. I’m outside of the return window so I can’t return it now. Total waste of money, I’m so bummed.My husband got this for me after I complained all night about how bad my back hurt from the mix of pregnancy and covid. The heat is so nice and the vibration is nice for back relief in that moment. This is not a back massager that has the rotating balls inside to actually massage your back, it’s strictly vibration. At first I was a little disappointed about that and ended up finding an actual massaging chair pad thing at another store but when I brought it home and used it I realized I preferred this one MUCH more. This pad is loud though. I had to exchange my first one because one section of the vibration would make this AWFUL squeaking noise so loud that I couldn’t even use it. My replacement came in and it does make the same sound, just not as loud and not in the same area as the previous one so I just shut that area off (upper back) which is fine for me. If my husband sits on the pad he doesn’t get that sounds so I think I just don’t weigh enough and/or don’t cover enough of the seat to put the pressure on the vibration to stop that noise. Either way, it’s a decent massage pad but a little expensive for what it is.
