3919 2.2 GPM Male Thread Kitchen Faucet Aerator, Chrome

It fit perfectly, works perfectly, is easy to install as a replacement, and being Moen, I know it's good quality.

Had a lousy water saver in the bathroom faucet from the previous owner. It was really awful to use the sink, the Wife agreed! Found a 2.2 gpm Moen faucet aerator and ordered it. It cost more than other choices but I put my trust in the Moen and was not disappointed! Absolutely terrific flow & air mix now! It's my favorite sink in the house to use... The faucet went from a Zero to a Hero :-)

I ordered the Moen 3919 2.2 GPM Male Thread Chrome Aerator. Sold by Trusted Supply Source. I have a Moen Chateau single lever bathroom sink brass colored faucet. 1.2 gpm. It is located about 45 feet away from the water heater and takes a long time for hot water to reach it. I was growing old waiting to get hot water or even fill a cup with water for that matter. So, I removed the old brass aerator then took out the 1.2 gpm plastic insert and replaced it with the 2.2 gpm insert. That way I could still use the original brass colored outside piece. It works great! The water flow is much faster. My only regret is using the old slow 1.2 gpm insert for so many years.

Simple replacement. Did not screw in a far as the original and seemed to stick out a bit. But overall it is what it is.

My kitchen sink water pressure was low and I did not want to hire a plumber. Replacing the aerator was recommended and I did it myself! Worked like a charm and saved me the cost of a plumber.

Real good product.

You will need a pair of channel-lock pliers to loosen the old one and tighten the new one, and a towel so the pliers don't leave teeth marks on the aerator. A quick glance at a YouTube video will clear any questions you have on the procedure: loosen the old one with the pliers and unscrew it with your fingers, reach inside the tap with your fingers and pry out the black washer if it hasn't come out with the old aerator. Then, screw the new aerator in, and tighten it with the pliers. You are done.

This is direct replacement for the original so very easy to install.

The single control faucets that MOEN makes don't need to have less-than-commercial-grade ("green") aerators - you just end up keeping the faucet on for longer; indeed, only recently has MOEN 'presumed' to put "green" aerators on all their retail faucets...if you rent as I do, you don't pay your own water bill... .' ); also, just like toilets that flush with 'less water', everyone just flushes twice - otherwise, you always end up with 'skid marks'...

Arrived on time, easily installed, works as expected.
