Does what it says on the tin
We got a new teak garden furniture set, and the aperture for the umbrella stand was too small by about 5mm. This worked beautifully with our regular drill for enlarging the hole to fit, and the finish was perfect.

Great, but how do you replace the sandpaper.
These are absolutely brilliant when in use, but I've worn out one piece of sandpaper, unscrewed all the metalwork from the rubber innards and managed to remove the old sandpaper. But I can't get a new piece of sandpaper to fit on the rubber innards, the rubber is too big. I've tried squeezing it in a vice, putting it in the freezer and warming up the sandpaper ring, but it just won't fit. Only a fraction of a millimetre difference in diameters but so frustrating. Is there some trick I'm missing?

Another CHINESE made piece of TRASH
CHEAP RUBBISH, Rubber melts with the heat of the drill and with no end stops, the sanding bands roll off onto the chuck, TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE TRASH. Buy only if you want to thow your money away. What happened to quality, CHINA that's what.
