They squish well, but they are not super high in noise cancellation and I couldn't tell the difference between these and another pair that I purchased that were like 34's or something. I use these and wash them. I only have two pairs, because they are expensive, but they seem to work AND SMELL better than the disposable ones you can get in a can. No ear plugs have absolute noise cancellation, but these do fairly well.

They don’t block sound because they are tiny . Like kid size

Used for blocking out snoring. They worked pretty well. My only complaint is midway through the night the pressure felt like it was building up in my ears from them being sealed off so well. That may just be me w ear and sinus issues though.

Well.... There are 2 pairs, and one was firmer than the other and worked, while the other was soft and much more noise came through. I got these for sleep, and really need them to work.3 stars is an average between the 2 (very different in performance) pairs.

I can still hear my husband snoring, it does not muffle the sound 100 percent, but these are by far the best I have tried.

Used for sleeping. These definitely perform better than typical earplugs- blocked more noise and able to use longer.

My partner talks in his sleep. Now I don’t hear him anymore. Ah, bliss.

Could have KILLED me with the pain, they don't cancel much noise (if any) and I had to remove them after less than an hour. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE THINGS; BUYER BEWARE
