Great finishing touch for bean to bar chocolate
The platform vibrates and oscillates my polycarbonate molds as needed to make bubble free chocolate bars.It operates so well that guard rails are recommended to help keep the molds from falling off the table.AND ... the price point is very attractive

One Star —Not for Chocolate
I purchased this once and I went over the other reviews. I can definitely say this vibrated like crazy. It barely moved the chocolate an inch and it was super loud.If you need something for chocolate look into a professional vibrating table like bakonusa but even rapping it a few times on the countertop does so much better than this.It honestly felt like it had a toy motor in it, not sure how that’s supposed to be used on all these applications it claims but if it does that’s great. But craft chocolate, nope. Not even close.

Not ideal for craft chocolate making
I really wanted this to work but it was almost as much trouble to work with this table as shaking and tapping the molds by hand. I decided to return it and save up for a vibrating table that is better designed for chocolate. For the sake of being more specific, here are the reasons why it didn't work:- The unit will shake off the table if not clamped down (so i clamped mine)- The vibration is directional, so if you set a mold on it (even when level) it'll shake whatever is on it right off the edges. I clamped an edge to one side to prevent the molds from falling off and that mostly worked. You probably would need two side edges on it to really prevent things from vibrating off.- Because the vibration is directional the chocolate didn't settle evenly in the molds so one side would be thicker. I thought it was because the table was imperceptibly sloped so I even sloped the vibrating table opposite of its directional movement and it would still vibrate the chocolate mold uphill and off the same edge.In the end I was spending as much time trying to make the table do a job it wasn't really designed for as I would have spent just shaking and tapping the chocolate by hand, so I returned it and am back to shaking and tapping by hand.

It’s not ideal for thick pastes.
The controlling settings can be improved. Not Ideal for thick paste consolidation.

Good for chocolate
Works well for chocolate. My only complaint is that you have to cycle through settings every time instead of being able to stop and start at the same setting.

Weak and uneven vibration
This product is incredibly overpriced for what it does. It's got the power of a cheap toy. The build quality is quite good, but the product is too weak and the vibration is directional and uneven.
