Mustela Stelatopia Emollient Cream has been wonderful for my baby’s sensitive, eczema-prone skin. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in dryness and irritation. It provides deep hydration and works very well as a facial cream. I really appreciate that it is fragrance-free and made with natural ingredients like avocado and sunflower oils, which makes it safe and gentle for delicate baby skin. The texture is smooth, absorbs quickly, and does not feel greasy. The size is perfect for on-the-go use and fits easily in a diaper bag. This is the second Mustela product I’ve used, and it has not disappointed. As others have said, this reduced the red cracked dry skin on my baby’s face after just two applications. It is extremely hydrating and moisturizing. Even though this feels a little pricey, for such a small container, I would highly recommend this product to anybody whose baby has eczema. If your baby also suffers from cradle cap, I recommend checking out what this brand has to offer. We also use that product and the cradle cap has disappeared. I will keep using this brand over and over.

Highly moisturizing and soothes eczema

absolutely love this face cream for my baby. The texture is light, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft and hydrated all day. It really helps with dryness and redness, especially during cold weather. I feel confident using it because it’s gentle and formulated for sensitive skin. Great quality product!

Works well for minor eczema. But if you have severe eczema, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, I like this product. Combined with Vaseline and Aquaphor.

Excellent for Granddaughters teething rash

I ordered this product because I was looking for something that was gentle enough for an infants face. This was exactly what I was looking for. Has no scent at all. Has a small nose opening so there is no worries of squirting out more than you need. Was wonderful at helping to moisturize flaky and scaling eczema patches on the face while also being lightweight enough for me to use!

I’ve tried many many products for eczema on my hand. I’ve even tried H2, probiotics, Kiefer, red light therapy, I eat a very clean diet nothing has eliminated my eczema it’s better but not eliminated UNTIL Mustela!! It’s a face cream for babies but was recommended as clean by EWG so I decided to give it a try. I am sooo glad I did. I couldn’t believe after just one use it improved my eczema drastically. No scent thankfully and it absorbs into the skin pretty quickly with no greasiness after application.

Amazing for eczema on the face. I have oily skin and find that this product works well with it. It does make it harder to layer other products like sun cream on top though. Im hoping to use this only in Winter.

Mi bebé de recién nacido cursó con dermatitis seborreica leve y el pediatra me recomendó está crema para complementar su tratamiento. La verdad es que hidrata súper bien y en cuestión de días su piel mejoro muchísimo y al mes de uso ya tenía su piel súper sana. El precio es elevado para la cantidad de producto pero vale la pena. Aún me queda más de medio bote y se la pongo a mi bebé en su carita los días que tiene la piel sensible o atópica.
