Kettler Home Playground Equipment: Metal Seesaw Glider Swing Set, Youth Ages 3 to 8

It looks like a wonderful swing but before ordering it, there was no information provided as to how the glider attaches to the swing structure. I ordered it anyway hoping it would fit with our play structure but it does not. Kettler should provide that important information. Or offer different kinds of attachment pieces for different kinds of play structures.

Did not fit the swing set, had to return it

I bought this to install figuring I could mount it to my swing set. Which is not recommended and, after doing it, I don't really recommend it. A few notes for other brave souls: the swing mounts to a 1 5/8 x 2 bar, the bar is pretty low - maybe 6.5 feet, and the bolts it comes with are metric. Other than this, the swing is awesome, swings really well, and kids on it can interact with each other.

The plastic pieces between the screws eventually break due to sun exposure. Ours lasted about six years.

Arrived quickly, brand new, sturdy works good, my son rides it all the time, very happy thank you.

After 4 years there was a lot of rust at the top, and the grips fell off. Be aware that this is metal swinging @ high speed, so it's dangerous if you have toddlers who can walk into it. I'd probably go with the gondola instead. Not saying it's not fun...

Kids love it

Pretty satisfied with this purchase. the only negative is the mounting. The bracket that came with the swing appears to clamp to a 2x2. my swingset used a 4x6 so i ended up bolting an extra 2x4 onto it and using my own longer bolts to attach the swing.
