My absolute favorite product for my training!!! I use their Marathon product before my runs which I love but this product is crucial for my recovery. It helps reduce the soreness after my runs so that I can crush my run the next day. I am a distance runner so it’s important for me to be able to bounce back after every run and this product helps me do that!! It is delicious!! I recommend mixing in cold water and adding a little ice. It’s so refreshing after a nice run!

Great product, I take this pre and post run. While running the 199 HTC , this kept those pesky lactic pains out of my legs, also ran some of my fastest times.Flavor is great and dissolves quickly, I usually will keep some on my during my runs.
