yum yum! add it to anything, not just for soup. Many servings depending on your needs
Rather big, dense bag of seasoning. Dont need to use it all at once! (I wasnt sure). Just add what you need to whatever dish you are making.. doesnt even need to be soup. There are a couple of recipes on the bag. I like this flavor profile. Just a nice item to have on hand. I will be buying more, plus a couple extra as I want to share it with someone that would likely enjoy this. So yeh, if you are putting together a food themed gift, consider adding this into the mix.

Very easy to make. Tastes better the next day.
My wife is Nigerian and I wanted to make something that I thought she would really like. So when I was in cooking the pepper soup which I added goat and kale to, she looked at me and said that's not what she remembers. I said just give it a chance. Unbeknownst to me, while I was away from the pot she dropped some tomato paste in it to try to make it closer to what she knows. That being said, after simmering for a couple hours (because I didn't pressure cook the goat), and resting overnight ( I cooked it pretty late), She absolutely loved it!! She thinks it may be closer to the Ghanaian version of pepper soup than the Nigerian version she's used to, but nevertheless she really enjoyed it. Thank you for this offering. Ill try the jallof rice spice next.

Delicious and Absolutely Addicting!
I purchased this spice mix after reading about "Pepper Pot" Soup in a caribbean novel. I make a vegetarian version of the soup and usually use just 1 Tablespoon of the spice mix and it's soooo good! Saute onions and the veggies (potatoes, carrots, broccoli, red pepper....anything!) with the spice mix before adding broth. Great for days when you feel sick or need something warming. Highly Recommend!

The most amazing spice blend to make the most amazing soup!
I have been doing a lot of reading during the pandemic. Peppersoup has been a recurring meal in several books I have enjoyed, and I really wanted to try it.I found this spice mix helped me make some great soup/stew and the house smelled amazing.I made it with cornbread. The photo cannot begin to demonstrate how magical it smells. This product does just what was advertised, and I will buy again (although I can make a lot of soup from this small package!) Very much recommended!

It works
Great flavor but the seasonings stay gritty in the soup!🙃

Yum!
Use this to make African goat soup. Beef broth, assorted peppers and goat in the instagram pot. Then stir this in. I do a little before and add a little after it’s done cooking if needed. Clears out my nose and makes me feel better when sick. You can control the spice level by adding more or less peppers. I do 3 small peppers and it’s pretty spicy. Not exactly authentic but pretty good choice if you don’t have time to collect all the spices. Serve with something to cool your mouth. I make it non-traditional with mashed potato’s and some bread. My friend puts cheese on hers to cut the spices which is also good.

This might even be what some restaurants use.
I was paying 24$ per person for fufu and goat pepper soup near me and I discovered this with a quick recipe I am not making it at home but I prefer to use lamb and I can feed several people for days for the same price.Fire roast Roma Tomato x2+ Can also used canned tomatoes if you don't have half Sautee an onion and your choice of peppers I use scotch bonnets and sweet pepper trio then blend you can just go straight to blending but the flavor isn't as complex add that and broth of your choice and cubes to a dutch oven with water and your choice of meat I use washed lamb (so soft and so buttery a little over one pound) add fresh ginger garlic and this seasoning I also add for more filler carrots and potatoes chopped small even though it's not traditional and the other half of the onion chopped not blended I do three tablespoons of this at least and simmer make your favorite fufu ours is cocoyam and enjoy!
