Best Bread Pan Ever Made!
How many times have you baked bread only to have it crumble or tear if you try to use it as sandwich bread? I do a lot of baking and have used less-expensive pans through the years. They are sturdy, extremely easy to clean and produce a denser sandwich bread. A worker is only as good as their tools and these pans are the best I've ever used. They are sturdy, extremely easy to clean and produce a denser quality bread, perfect for sandwiches. They seem seasoned right out of the box and from the first loaf to the present, the quality is consistent. Step up your baking chops and reward yourself with these quality pans!

Game Changer
I have been baking bread for 40 years this is one of the best pans I’ve ever had. I seasoned it with peanut oil put it in the oven at 400° for 30 minutes wiped it out with a paper towel and since then have not had to put any oil or grease in the pan to bake my bread. You do not even have to wash it because the bread comes out so clean. The loaf you see here is made with 700 g of flour which 250 of it was whole wheat, two eggs,450 g of water along with salt, yeast, butter and 95 grams (1packet of dry milk powder)The first loaves I made did not make it to the top of the pan so I end up using this recipe. Anyway it is a great pan I am using it almost every three or four days I cut my loaves in half and freeze half so I am not buying bread at the store at all anymore. I thought the price Was a little high but it is worth it. If you like homemade bread you will not be disappointed.

Very nice pan!
This is a nice pan. It’s heavy and sturdy like Nordic ware. 2#,s of bread dough fits in this pan. It makes a nice sized loaf for sandwich bread. Any recipe for 2 loaves of bread should fit in this loaf pan. If you would like a recipe for Pullman bread, there are recipes online. Enjoy!

Love These Pans
I’ve made beautiful long loaves of plain bread and Hokkaido Milk bread and they came out gorgeous. There was no sticking even though I used an egg wash. The pans are very easy to clean, and have a good weighty sturdiness to them. Durability was one of my concerns when picking these pans. I think these are going to last me a long time to come. I recommend these Focus Foodservice loaf pans. Whenever I need to buy pans, I will check this company first.

A “MUST HAVE” FOR SANDWICH BREAD
After having 100% non stick and even baking success with this pan scores of times, it’s time to show appreciation and write a review. I’ve never had to spray or grease this pan. I should get one more so that I can bake two large loaves of bread at a time. I recommend using a recipe with 6 cups of flour to make bread. The dough will end up being a couple of inches below the rim after rising and just before baking, but that’s OK. It makes a very nicely sized slice for sandwiches and toast.

GREAT INVESTMENT FOR ALL SERIOUS BAKERS!!!!
OMG, I love these new pans. The weight is very professional, easy to clean, distributes the heat beautifully. Ever since I've received them, they're all I've using. I love that with these pans, I can double batch receipes. I've made family favorite cakes as gifts. People are so surprised @ the size....they can now freeze half for later. So much better then having to use those foil disposables, & add to the landfills. I've told all my baking family & friends...got them on Amazon! A little pricey but worth every cent!! Years ago, we'd have to search resturant stores, for this quality.

Great Pans.
I am very happy with the construction of these pans. They seem very solid. I was a little apprehensive that they would be damaged on arrival because of previous reviews but happily that was not the case. I bought the pans to bake South African rusks which little more height than the normal loaf pan, not pain de mie so I did not need the lids. I used the pans yesterday and they performed beautifully. I greased the pans with a little vegetable oil and my rusks slid out effortlessly. I am not likely to need more than the 3 pans that I bought but I would not hesitate to buy these again if the occasion should arise.

Best bread pan ever!
I've been baking bread for 40 years and this pan is wonderful! You don't even need to grease the pan; the bread slides out easily. I love the shape of it too.
