Even though I bought mine elsewhere & paid $1k for it 😫this is a good light for tooth whitening guys. Mine came neatly packaged, easy assembly; came with 2 goggles, replacement bulbs, a remote, and many extra LED light coverings to change between clients... which is awesome vs only 1 or 2 of them. My only negative is I wish the gooseneck was longer. Because of the thickness and design of the base legs it doesn't fit under any comfortable chair. The chair would need to be just legs, not like a sofa or lounge chair. Other than that this is great for a first light to use to start my business.

Received machine with a missing pole. Very disappointed.

Arrived nicely packaged; easy assembly; included goggles which was a surprise and plastic mouth stithes that go over the LED light for sanitary reasons; that was also unexpected. And additional LED bulbs !!! Also came super fast!!! Cant wait to buy my second one.

I purchased this lamp in June, I used it 3x’s and it no longer works. As stated under another review. The switch light turns on however it does not operate. I reached out to the vendor so they can assist. They request me to disassemble the entire thing to than tell me that there’s nothing they can do for me other than give me a $15 credit so I can put it towards the bill for a tech in my area to review after 2 weeks of them telling me to try a bunch of different things that did not work.Stay away from vendor. Save your money and do not purchase this item. If I could leave no stars I would.

I’m so unhappy with this product. I received my first lamp & assembled it for it not work. I contacted the seller & they took me through several steps to try and figure out why the lamp would not work! Returned it for another one & I did not assemble it all. I just plugged it into the outlet to be sure that it worked before putting it together again. Once again, the light on the power comes on and shuts off . The lamp itself does not come one at all.

Have had it for less than 6 months used a hand full of times.And the light won’t work anymore

I purchased, set up and plugged in this dental light, and it doesn’t turn on. No power to the light itself.As a dental professional, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.
