Uh…it’s amazing!
I don’t write many 5 star reviews, but this deserves it. My God, this was incredible! Very satisfying. This has filled a void in my soul. First introduced to this incredible cheese in 1991, clawed at it ever since.

Excellent quality and delivered as promised.
Absolutely the best Stilton we have had in a long time. Crumbly, but not dry - just the right sharpness. Served it on Christmas Eve with water crackers, ripe pears and a good Portwine and it was a hit. Will definitely buy again. Thank You, Ingeborg H.

Strong flavor
If you love blue cheese & looking for one that goes a long way, this is perfect. The flavor & funk is so strong, but in a good way. A little was all it took for our compound butter & blue cheese sauce for steaks. We also used it on strawberry & pecan salad with balsamic vinaigrette... perfect combo!
