A little bit snug but fit great!
I usually wear a women’s size seven in tennis shoes so I ordered the five in these. They didn’t have fives so I ordered a five and a half. I thought they’d be too big but they were a little bit snug. The heels were tight but the toe part was too big. It seemed like they are made for people with longer toes. The thickness of the material is perfect. They fit like socks in a good way. If you’re used to full sole ballet shoes, these are a bit of an adjustment. They were a little bit pricey, but I expect nothing less from Bloch because they are such a great brand

Follow the size guide
Great! I followed Bloch's size guide and ordered a 7W (I'm usually US 9/EUR 40. I could have ordered a 6.5 for a more snug fit but I still like these.

Pretty and well made slipper
I started to take adult ballet last year and I love it. (I am 58.) I started with Capezios. They were good but I am having trouble with metatarsalgia. These Bloch shoes have a bit of a wider toe area and also the leather on the bottom covers a wider area, so cushions more of the ball of my foot. I don't know how much to attribute to better shoes or other measures, but my metatarsalgia is improving. (I am doing foot stretches and massage and rest as well.)I do find the straps to be on the snug side and I have pretty narrow and skinny (albeit long) feet. I got an 8.5 and normally wear a 10.5 in street shoes. I think an 8C would have worked but kept them because I don't want my toes to be squished.

Ballet pilates workout essentials
I purchased these as I was looking for a quick, slip-on pair of ballet-style workout slippers. They are as described. The elastic is a bit tight but I know it will loosen over time.
