The smoothies are delicious and filling! I don't eat sugar, so it is a nice sweet treat with extremely clean ingredients! I like the smooth texture and I eat them at room temperature. I wish I could buy them more often, but they are a bit pricey ey. My granddaughter eats them two or three at a time!

Having undergone multiple oral surgeries recently and still healing and I have more things coming up consuming any kind of food has been darn near impossible. I don't know how it happened but I accidentally and serendipitously came across these smoothies this flavor in particular 1st. I am a smoothie snob please understand that and I mean that very sincerely I am incredibly snobby when it comes to smoothies... These noka smoothies are the bomb that's right the bomb bahahaThey are a really great size for traveling with and I will say that I would like a bigger size just because I love them and I drink them daily. If you get them on the box it says something like "try our smoothies chilled!" Which of course led to me putting every single one in my fridge... One is a prebiotic One is a probiotic and that is phenomenal. They are incredibly incredibly easy to use, the ingredients are so minimal which is great. The shelf life is so long it blows my mind and I'm stoked about that! Absolutely worth every single penny you spend on them. They are packed full of protein and nutrients in the event that like me you can't consume actual food these are the way to go get some you'll love them!

Rated 1 for terrible taste! However, when refrigerated and mixed with any juice (orange juice, grape juice, etc.), it's awesome and filling. This creation is the only way for me to tolerate the taste & texture. I haven't tried with apple juice yet, but I'm sure it'll be great because I like sweetness. I bought the 12-pack in 2 different flavors and may not purchase again, but will try another brand. I failed to read that it included banana too, read the ingredients.

great ingredients and i tried a little and it tasted good! she ate the first pouch but is now refusing to eat anymore so im wondering why. the sugar doesnt seem too high. its not too thick a little thin like a smoothie. if she squeezes too hard it does spill extremely easy
