a nice looking bracelet, that fits perfectly without being too loose. Time will tell if it will help with my arthritis and tiredness, but it looks so nice, i may as well wear it anyway.

It's a good job I brought it for a fashion piece and not for what it says as haven't lost a single pound even with changing my diet which was my problem no matter how little and healthy I ate couldn't lose weight, which I keep telling my Dr's it's the pain killers they have me on for my slipped disc and trapped nerves.

I purchased this bracelet because of reading the reviews .A lot said about pain relief so that's why I purchased .I was a physically fit 35 yr old 4 yrs ago but had a nasty running injury causing me to have spine ,hip and knee damage to the extent I need both hips replacing , a knee replacement and I have probs with my spine.Physio did not work , wearing braces and dosed up on max pain relief is my life .I couldn't even walk a mile !I got this and within a day I noticed a difference. Within a WK I was reducing my pain relief and four wks on I am now only taking one pain killer and I walk 9miles a day . also I have lost inches but not weight so think the bracelet works as both pain relief and weight loss !.I defo recommend this product

Guy’s it’s just a bracelet nothing special about it.I been wearing it for a few weeks now and not lost a single ounce of weight.Don’t waste your time or money on getting this for a healthy or weight loss reason. It won’t change your life at all, the only thing you will lose is the money you spend on this bracelet
