I love spicy Stuff🥰 I love sardines in my sandwich with some tomatoes , garlic, oignons. Sardines with plantain heaven☺️ it’s really taste good , yummy

Ligo Sardines
Love it. Dr said, it is good to eat sardines, good for your health so I eat it maybe twice a month. Love the spicy ones.

Small cans and pretty expensive.
I use sardines to mix with beans and other vegetables to get the health benefits from fish. These sardines taste good , but are fairly expensive. I will do more research on Amazon to see if I can find a better value. I may reorder these based on what I find as an alternative.
