Great as a multivitamin even when you're not pregnant!
I am not pregnant, but I prefer to take a prenatal vitamin as my multivitamin. Other prenatal vitamins that I have taken in the past in the one-a-day dose I've noticed leaves me with a stomach ache after I take it. This brand has been the only brand that I don't feel ill after taking the dose. My nails, hair and skin have improved as well. I am anemic so the iron percentage is appreciated to help me with that.

great prenatals!
These are wonderful! Not too big and they don't tatse/ smell horrid like many others do. Easy to swallow. I have been using these for about 3 months now while TTC they have not cause any stomach upset.

Great prenatals
I have been using these prenatals before, during, and after pregnancy. Never had any issues. I am planning to use these until after I'm done breastfeeding my little one.

Easy on the stomach, easy to swallow
Great value for how much you get. It ends up being a supply for about 9 months. So almost your whole pregnancy if you are expecting. Each bottle is 90 tablets and its says one a day. You get three bottles. Great deal! I have a sensitive stomach. But, no queasiness at all with these. Easy for me to swallow too.

Wish it was coated.
The one thing I always hate about these is the bad taste it leaves in your mouth. These aren't quite as bad as the "One a Day" brand though. I also think they should have more calcium. Other than that, it's a good vitamin. Just make sure you take them with a meal or right before bed, because they have a lot of iron!

Great pre-natal vitamin!
These are 1000% better than the softgels that they offer as they have a fishy taste/odor. These are odor/taste free!

no nausea!
After taking two other brands of prenatal vitamins while I was pregnant, I switched to these. Unlike the others, this is the only one that did not give me that nausea afterward. Also, the pills were not HUGE like most prenatals are, and I only had to take one. so easy! I took them all throughout my pregnancy, and 5 months while breastfeeding, until they all ran out. Now I am taking the gummy vitamins from vitafusion, but want to switch back because the taste is horrible.

Just what you need, nothing more
As a pharmacist I wanted to get my wife some good prenatal vitamins. There are two thoughts on multivitamins, the first being that you need to throw everything you can into it and max it out, and the second being just get the basics that have been scientifically proven to be beneficial, and my views match the latter. The reality is that most babies would be born just fine without prenatal vitamins. Yet the major thing you want in a prenatal vitamin is folic acid, which ideally should be taken at least 3 months before conception. So if you already have a well rounded diet and just want to throw in a basic prenatal vitamin this product is a great for that.
