Seems to work, and the capsules, which contain a liquid, do not leak. No taste or smell. Recommend!

I love this brand for their vegan omega supplement. I originally found it from Labdoor.com and love that it reassures me of its quality. I need to take this supplement a little more regularly to see if I notice a difference. But so far so good. Easy to swallow capsule with no taste.

These are very hard capsules and I’m not sure what the material is but they’re not gelcaps. I just wonder how much of the actual nutrient gets into your system.
