This ramen soup is so easy to prepare and tastes so good. You can add anything you want to it. I have a very restricted diet and I haven't had a ramen noodle soup in decades. This was such a treat for me! The noodles do take about twice the time to cook than the instructions say, but that is actually better that way because it allows more time to cook any veggies you might add. The instructions say to simmer for 4 minutes but it actually took around 8 minutes which is perfect for cooking veggies. I added mushrooms and peas and chicken to my soup. It came out really good.This soup has the PERFECT amount of spiciness. It's just enough so you feel the kick, but not so much that it's burning your mouth.I highly recommend this ramen noodle soup and I will definitely be buying more.

Good flavor, larger noodle serving, texture is more like gluten free spaghetti than ramen, but good enough to eat.

These rice noodles took way to long to cook and made it too hard to cook for a quick lunch. If you have time to cook them at home - and add your own seasoning, they make an OK lunch, but for something quick and tasty, they are not a great idea.

So I love these noodles a lot. I have food sensitivities and these noodles don't upset my stomach. They have a great texture if cooked properly. I read that some people consider them bland but that's why you should add your own seasonings along with the spice packs it comes with. I use the noodles as a base for meat, vegetables and broth. After they are cooked the water is quite starchy in appearance. I pour that off and replace it with a clear, seasoned broth. I add the flavor packs along with onion and garlic powder, paprika, green onions, spinach, etc... and meat. It's absolutely fantastic! They seem small in size but are quite fulfilling once done.

Food is not edible.Boiling water could not soften these up even on the highest so heat conditions He's still raw and edible noodles.
