I needed sandbags for a ez-up style canopy to prevent it from becoming a dangerous kite in the wind. This product suffices. It is a good value.They do feel cheap. They are cheap. Not too cheap. A fair value. I have been using these, filling at the beach and dumping after use, for a few years. They are adequate. The velcro straps feel minimal, but not below adequacy. It keeps my canopy on the ground. Easy to use; a simple product for an essential purpose. Efficient; I do not need to store large disc weights. I can roll up thin nylon and store with canopy. I have even kept them filled to use as makeshift dumbbells for bicep curls. Better and more versatile than a bucket of sand.

These are great. Easy to fill and easy to attach to leg poles.

Is a good material, fair enough for the price. I give 4 stars because it not takes more than 20 pounds per bag,so this 112 pounds total is not real. I try to make it at least 20 pounds but the bag won’t close. So per bag you will get 18 pounds each

I used these for my pop-up tent on the beach. I have seen many different ways people try to keep their tents staked on the beach, including buckets and such, but the wind always seems to pull these out of sand. The wind cannot, however, pull the tent legs out of a strapped-in bag of sand if the velcro is tight enough.With all four especially, the tent is plenty weighted down for some fairly heavy gulf-coast breezes and and I ordered a second pair just in case. If the weather is really bad, I can use them (although my chairs would fly away too), or I can offer them to other people trying to use a standard tent stake in the loose sand. (Spoiler alert -- it does not work)One trick I found, however, is that it does not hold water well -- which would be much easier. It seems to leak pretty good, so I filled with sand. This also, however, is problematic in that it is difficult to clean. Next time, I will buy a cheap bag of gravel and fill the bags with those. Yes, that means I already have the weights pre-filled, but the straps alone are incredibly useful and makes this better than using any other weight. Pull the straps very tight and secure that velcro and it will hold nicely.

I am unable to put them on the outside of the canopy because they do not hold it down. I did put them on the inside and they work perfect. I filled them with a mixture of sand and rock which makes them super heavy. They were easy to fill and are definitely waterproof. The size is perfect too.

Made very well and durable. The velcro holds strong. I place one on each of the six legs on my 20X10 shade and they hold in place very well even in 20 MPH winds. The handle makes it easy for me to carry. The velcro closure on top never leaks out the sand. I liked the quality so much that I bought a total of ten bags.

I was surprised that the fabric was so thin. I expected similar to a daypack fabric, not so.

We use them to support our gazebo and they are great.

I used it for my outdoor canapé. I read other comments where people had issues with the sand coming out so I used a large garbage bag inside of it and then filled the garbage bag, while inside, with sand. Solved that problem. I was worried it wouldn’t be strong enough to hold my tent down because we have high winds where I live. I worried for nothing. The tent never moved an inch. Enjoy. This is a great product.
