This Pro Bike Box is manufactured using EVA, a rigid foam plastic and can be used for many trips.It's size has been selected to specifically fit within most courier maximum delivery dimensions, so eliminating hidden courier charges for being oversized** . Manufactured from a robust 10mm foam plastic, it is designed to be opened and packed in the same way as a suitcase . It is also supplied with there internal foam linings to further protect your bike frame and wheels. Eight straps with buckles are located internally in the box to allow you to securely locate your bike in the box. Once packed both halves of the bike box are held securely together by a lockable zip and Velcro straps. Rear wheels mean that the bike box can be pulled along making it easier to carry your other luggage.
