2 in a pack for less than a fiver. Simplicity in itself. Small enough to leave in the glove box. Look as they they'll last. No issues.

This works well and had a clear scale. Easier to read than the type with the measurements etched on the shaft. The colour coding makes out all clear too.My only problem is that I have bought a number of depth guages and I can't find any of them. Where do they go?

Cheap quality and probably about the right price for the quality. Main focus seems to be give a colour code to the measurement (e.g. green zone indicates tyre fully ok) rather than a specific tread depth. Basically there are some specific numbers on the scale but not that many interim figures. Adequate but probably better ones out there.

Does as it says on the tin. It is cheap and cheerful (similar to what you'd find in a cracker as another review says) but it reassures you about the depth and gives you peace of mind for the sake of a couple quid.I compared the results to an expert and they were bang on.

Small and compact, easy to store. Really easy to use and simple colour coded numbers in a traffic light system. Saves a trip to the garage to have thread depth checked. Good quality, robust little thing. Well worth the money.
