Monstera~ Swiss Cheese Plant~1 Plant 3 to 4 Leaves per 4" Pot

My first reaction when this plant arrived was that it was gorgeous. However, on closer inspection, a few of the leaves have marbled variegation (like marble queen pothos) which is not normal for monstera adansonii (swiss cheese vine). So, either I've gotten incredibly lucky and this is going to turn into monstera adansonii albo, or this plant has mosaic virus. I will update this in a few months after giving the plant time to grow.

Packaged well, no tears, no root rot, arrived fairly quickly. One leaf has a little yellow around the edge, but I’m not worried about it. On monsteras, this typically means over or underwatering, so once she’s adjusted she will be fine and regenerate. Mine arrived with four leaves and two new shoots coming out of the root. Healthy and thick roots. It does seem to be rooted cuttings, but I’m not sure why anyone would care about that unless the plants only had tiny feeder roots that wouldn’t adjust well to soil. Not the case with these. They have thick healthy roots that will do just fine in my aroid mix. Absolutely recommend this seller-THANK YOU for a great plant :)

So, this is the first time I have ordered a plant online and I was prepared for disappointment. But I have to say I received a beautiful plant with great roots! It was packaged well and arrived ahead of time. Edit: It looks yellow in the pic because of lighting. It’s really nice and healthy green.

I was terrified of buying a plant online because I’ve heard so many horror stories about them not being what you expect or coming with bugs. But none of that happened with this purchase. I got a beautiful monstera adansonii with multiple leaves and well established roots. It came in amazing condition which I was scared for too. I thought they’d smush it in the mail, but it was packaged nice and neat and the soil was still a bit damp. Great price for a great plant and I’m very excited to add this baby to my collection. Worth the buy!

This plant arrived on the first day of the shipping timeframe and it is so healthy! It was packaged very carefully and arrived with the soil still moist. It’s so perfect. All the heart eyes.
