These locks can last for decades with proper maintenance. However, who has ever lubed their locks on a quarterly basis? This one had 25 years on it and had begun to get stiff. The install isn't bad but need the right tools and patience. The key is to start threading the cylinders before tightening the two screws on the face. The cylinders are cheap and do not have a hardened ring to prevent wrenching. I already had interchangeable core cylinders so wasn't an issue. Saved a bundle over a local business that though I was naive and could charge crazy money for this.

I am a faculty maintenance tech and I have to replace door locks a lot. These locks are great have never had an issue with one not working. Great value, quick shipment and receiving. These locks are worth what you spend. I have purchased 15 of them this year alone.

Came on time but parts didn’t fit properly to door the parts didn’t match up with keys

It doesn't take long to replace the existing faulty unit. It matched really will so no adjustments needed.

The key side cylinder fit perfect . However the the the latch side cylinder was machined improperly and would not fit all the way in . Poor craftsmanship
