A game changer
Athletes know that the right gear can make or break a workout. Wrist straps keep your grip strong, boxing wraps protect your hands, and knee braces add crucial support. For grapplers, there’s finger tape, and for combat sports, mouthpieces and headgear are a must. For strength training, you need JerkFit wrist straps. My students tried JerkFit WODies after MMA and kickboxing training and used them for strength conditioning—they loved the unbeatable comfort, grip, and protection. If you’re serious about your training, these grips are a game changer.

Didn’t realize I needed a customized finger cut out!
I have been in need of some replacement gloves for sometime. These simply are very snug and fit perfectly. This is due to the customization of cutting the finger holes to my exact finger size. Gets a snug fit that doesn’t more about and no excess slop between the hole cut and wrist material. Grip is further enhanced after just a few uses!

love it
I think I got the wrong size because I didn’t look at the chart and then I was easily able to exchange it with the correct size. The chart helps a lot. The grip is not great in the beginning but with time it gets better it’s very durable and comfortable. Also, there is a video that explains how to custom fit to your hand. Great value for money.

WODies
I’m new to lifting and have issues with my grip. These have been so worth purchasing because of the support you get for the wrists and protection for the palms. They are so easy to put on and you can tell they are made to last. I like to wear these for swinging a kettlebell or doing deadlifts with the barbell. Very smart design with the 3 finger holes and so easy to find the perfect fit.

Still get calluses and rips on the bottoms of my fingers...
I'm a CrossFitter who's been using WODies for just over a year. I'm on my second pair since having my first stolen from my car in April of 2015 (caught totally unawares of their apparently high street value.)On the plus side, of all the gloves, grips, and wraps I've seen people use for CrossFit, these are probably some of the best. It's hard to beat the versatility they offer, protecting your hands and wrists during all sorts of random WOD movements. It's great to have just one product do so much. I used the sizing guide and followed the instructions for opening the finger holes and they fit very well. My second pair has lasted me eight months, and they still have a lot of life left in them. And, of course, they've done a great job protecting my hands (emphasis on hands) from rips and calluses. However, when fellow athletes ask me how much I like them, I usually heave a sigh and blurt an apathetic "eh." Here's the rub (pun intended): WODies leave the space at the bottom of each finger (and up) exposed. And this space, at least on me, has been particularly subject to bad calluses. My skin there is constantly torn and beat up, and it's gotten to the point where just dead-hanging on pull-up bars is really painful. I think the fact that the WODies require a lot of chalk exacerbates the problem as the space at the bottom of my fingers during WODs is coated in a lot of residual chalk (because it's nearby the surface of the WODies). The last thing you want to do while you are trying to PR Helen is take gobs of time carefully applying chalk to your grips to avoid this problem. I've also found the portion of the grips that lies outside my ring finger (near the base of my pinky) to fold over and wedge itself in between my ring and pinky fingers, sometimes painfully pinching my skin. And then there's the stank. Even if I leave these bad boys out to dry, they still smell. It's nice that I can throw them in the wash (I do, once a week), but the wrist wraps take a while to dry; sometimes they're not fully dry for my next WOD a couple days later. Also, too, the smell doesn't always go completely away. I might try sticking them in the freezer (to kill bacteria, like what people do with jeans instead of washing them) and see how that goes.A couple of other things to consider... If I'm doing a WOD in which I need to wear these and do double-unders, I've found it much harder to rotate my wrists and properly execute DUs with these on. I've found that taking them off for DUs is a big help (but then it sucks to have to rush to put them back on, then take them off again, etc.). However, this could probably happen for any product offering wrist wraps. For muscle-ups, I've found that I don't actually like the feel of the grips on wooden rings, but I do need the wrist support. I've worn these backwards for MUs (grips on the outside of my hand), which helps. But, again, it's hassle to alter them during a WOD.Bottom Line: These are durable and offer good protection. They might smell after a while. They have left me in search of a product that protects the bottom of my fingers from rips and calluses. But, hey, they might work for you, and they're probably a lot better than whatever you may be using now.

No brainer
These are absolute grip savers. I’m glad they warn you that there’s a breaking in period, that is definitely true! But honestly, by the end of even my first workout I could feel them softening up and moving with me better. Also the double Velcro is clutch, I’ve used a couple pair of grips while doing crossfit that didn’t have double Velcro like this and these are much nicer.

Bad product - company won't stand by its product - avoid this glove
These gloves are horrible and the company is equally disappointing. Please read this review and read their website for all the excuses they provide before buying these gloves.1) the wrist strap is fine, I have seen much better but it is fine2) The material that protects your hand is made of a thin material no different than a work out shirt. The material is very slick and even after adding chalk it was almost dangerous to do pull-ups as my grip was horrible. The company will tell you that you need to endure 3-4 workouts before the material will work, that is silliness. I asked for a refund and they suggested “We do hope you will bear with the pain for the next few workouts so you will have a chance to avoid the pain of not having them.”3) The Return Policy is a sham – The gloves come with holes barely sewn shut and there is no way to see if they fit unless you cut a hole. The companies policy is that once you open the finger holes they will not accept any returns. This policy is only designed to protect the company and it is a shame they won’t stand by their product. For the money these gloves cost I expected a lot more. The company clearly is more interested in making money than pleasing its customers. Please buy these gloves at your own risk. Only cut a hole for your fingers if you are 100% sure you want to keep them. Only buy these gloves if you are ok with the idea that the first 3-4 workouts will not be ideal and even then the gloves may not work for you.BE WARNED – These gloves are expensive, they are not ideal for crossfit and the company does not stand by its product and will not offer a refund.
