So healthy!
Second time ordering from this company and both of them showed up on time and were in awesome condition. The bulbs were ranged in size from a dime or a nickel and had a little sprouts. I planted them right into the garden. I will order a second time before fall.Once these get going you won’t have to buy baby onions ever again! These work great for pest control too, just toss them all over your garden or in pots or raised beds and they will keep the bugs away!

Beautiful Bulbs
I received my bulbs today. Around 30 bulbs. All very healthy looking. I expect them all to survive and multiply.I had walking onions at a different address and they’re so easy to grow. I expect the same results.

Very hardy.
The tricky thing about plants is that the deadest looking thing can grow into a thing of beauty. I received these. There is green growth in 18 of them. One was dead and rotten and the 20th was not there at all. I think they are expensive to have 2 duds from the get go and the seller would be better adding a couple extra. They dont look particularly healthy but I dont know if that's a just an after winter storage thing. They looked like garlic. I put them in the ground so we'll see. I'll update when I have some results.May: So as an update. I have 18 plants growing. Which since I am known as 'the hands of death' in the household in that I'm enthusiastic but not effective at gardening I think makes them super hardy. I changed the rating to 5 stars.May 2 years: I have a beautiful crop of egyptian onions that are walking with lots of baby onions. I live in zone 6 and these are doing great. They are a time investment, so don't expect much for a couple of years and then it will be an onion explosion.

Would like for them to grow.
I got them on time, put in my garden & they didn't grow. I want a start of these onions. What do I do to get more? I paid a lot of money to get these onions.

Nice healthy plants
Really I'd give these a 5 star, but for some reason only got 5 instead of the 10 bulbs ordered. The ones that did arrive were fresh, well wrapped and healthy.....also a good size. I'd gotten some a few months ago and they arrived very small and tiny. I immediately got them into the pot they will live in for a while with some good quality soil and a good watering. They perked up over night and after only a couple of days they are already showing signs of growth. These are the type my grandmother used to have and have been wanting some for years. I think these will grow really well after they take off.....just hope they will step up and send the rest of my order.

Probably NOT Moritz Egyptian walking onions
I purchased these and received several several "bulbils" that were each tinier than green pea. They were so small that I could not tell which was the "down" end to plant. Some were simply shells of bulbils. (?) Of the 15 or so that I received only 3 have sprouted. It does look as if these are not the common garden "waling onion" or Egyptian onion" but may indeed be a wild type "Allium Vinaele" which is simply a top setting noxious weed. The leaves are quite thin and flat, not like and onion leaf. I asked the seller if indeed these are Egyptian onions and not some wild garlic and the response was "These are from my own harvest, they are not invasive at all.", which did not answer my question nor address my concern that these may not be edible onions. Note to self: buy from reputable dealer.
