I like how easy this jerky hanger is to use, you can create endless variations of jerky flavors for a fraction of the price of store bought jerky. It’s versatile with being used for making jerky or using the baking sheet pan for any baking needs. The quality of the jerky hanger is well made, a functional size and worth the price.

Works in a conventional oven, and even faster in a convection oven. Saves a lot of space versus pan or wire rack drying.

I’m using in a rectec 580 for bacon. The drip tray will catch grease and prevents the normal grease smoke overload. If you let the grease get to normal drip tray it will blacken everything in the smoker. The only thing I don’t like is the spears are razor sharp. I may dull them but they drew blood on first use.

Works great for smoking and grilling on my pellet grill.

Held 5+ lbs of meat strips properly spaced apart. The size fits right inside my big green egg (L) which allowed for a small charcoal and chip fire underneath. Folds away nicely to fit in my drawer under stove.

This rack is great- I was able to get a venison hind leg stripped out (minus the shank and some trimmed up ends) on this rack. The metal skewers make the process easy to hang all of the jerky strips. Once it’s done, each skewer ends up being a great portion to put in bags for later. It kept my oven clean and then the tray cleaned up without scraping or scrubbing.

I've owned several jerky racks over the years, and this one has to be my least favorite. The rack is poorly made; the feet do not fit properly into the bottom sheet that comes with it, and the actual rack looks like a kid put it together. Comparing this one with others I have owned and used, this rack only gets three stars from me.
