Will this work on the BOG deathgrip?

Did you ever get a clear answer as to why it didn't work? I found online that the reason it doesn't work is because the DEATHGRIP is a fixed mount. They said this product will work with the adrenaline series tripod. Might be a little better answer than "No"

Would this handle the shock of a 30/06

I have not used the grip for a rifle yet. Only for my cameras so far.

What tripod do I need for this. I bought this last year for mine but I have the tripod that you screw the attachment out not the quick change one.

I have these attachments and I use them on my Bog Pod/Bog Gear Camo Legged Devil (CLD) tripod. They will fit the other Bog Pods that have black legs. Some come with a rifle rest attached to the pod with an allen bolt, but you can remove the allen bolt and rifle rest and it leaves the hole that the Quick Change attachments snap in and out of.
