NATIVE FOREST Whole Artichoke Hearts, 9.9 OZ

These are very good! I appreciate that they are in water and not oil. A little pricey for such a small container but they taste great. The hearts are not very big but they are not soft or mushy, at all. My husband likes to add them, as is, to pasta and salads and I like to cut them up and make artichoke dip with them. The dip is always a hit at parties.

Unlike most marinated artichoke hearts, there were not those awful hard, inedible leaves on the outside. Really good flavor, super low calories, and uniquely soft texture. I ordered a carton after trying.

Just the right size per serving.

I tried a couple times to get this problem delivered to my house. One time a jar leaked and the second delivery had a broken jar.🫙

Great to use in salads .. or use in dips ( like spinach/artichoke) . I buy these many times a year and always happy with them.

Would love to know why they are so expensive? They are delicious though!

Title says most. Very convenient and small jar stores well in refrigerator. Sealed well. Variety of uses, salads, straight out of jar, etc. Not the best purchase for inflationary times. Not well recognized as a health food, but indeed, very healthy. Make a wise choice for your particular circumstances.

These are whole artichoke hearts, not marinated. That's what I like about them. I've had other brands of artichoke hearts packed in water, not oil, and they're blah. But these have a unique taste that I haven't found with any other brand. I thought maybe they added a little lemon or some kind of vinegar, but the label says just water, salt & citric acid and pure whole baby artichoke hearts. Try them and you'll see what I mean. They're great right out of the jar or in a salad or other recipe.
