I really like that it's a cookbook that's not overloaded with tons of recipes. But, the recipes that it has are well-focused and excellently thought out. Plus, the photography is beautiful and the cookbook is lightweight and rests well on a cookbook stand.

I've made three of the meals in this book and am impressed at the clear directions and ease of putting them together. Some of the ingredients need to be sourced (Amazon is a good way to do that) but once on hand, things come together quickly. And they're delicious!

I loved this book for a few reasons.1. It was all about Tagine cooking and has enough recipes to try without being too intimidating2. It was secondhand and in fabulous condition3. Recipes are very adaptable and the book has something for most tastes

I purchased this recipe book as it focused more on traditional tagine recipes. I had found that most tagine recipes that came up when I searched the internet were recipes cooked with dried fruit. Although there are a couple of those in this book, there are also plenty of authentic recipes which include lots of gorgeous vegetables. I have only tried the first recipe in the book so far - the moroccan fish tagine and it was beautiful. Very easy to follow recipes with something for everyone. A must.

Have bought this as a gift along with Moroccan Tagine dish, and the recipes are easy and do not have outrageous ingredients, will suit fish, meat and vegetarian eaters.

Not as many recipes as I would have hoped but been working my way through it and the ones done so far are excellent.

A good starter book for the cook who is new to tagines and Maroccan food
