ZL1 Addons Premium 2" Universal Magnetic Jack Pad (Supports 2" or Wider Pinch Welds)

This isn't just for Mustangs or Dodge Chargers. It will work great for any unibody vehicle. I actually just used it on my 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS Turbo which doesn't have rocker panels that cover the pinch weld, but I wanted to test this ZL1 jackpad before I used it on my 2014 Ford Taurus SHO which does have the rocker panels also used on 2015-up Mustangs (rocker panels that cover all of the pinch welds except a few open spots). The jackpad fits perfectly onto the weld and the magnet keeps it in position. Once I dropped the vehicle, I did not observe any scratches, bends, or otherwise indications of damage to the unibody. This jackpad is expensive, much more so than a block of wood, but makes it much easier to rotate your own tires or work on your unibody car by lifting the side or a corner. It by no means replaces a proper lift.Overall: 5/5 stars

Perfect fit to Jack up my Challenger without damaging the body crimp weld. I do recommend this product because of fit, finish and function. Great packaging and remove before flight ribbon so you don’t forget to remove it from the car is a plus.

Fits perfectly under my 2011 Mustang with side rocker panels. Using a standard floor jack alone always pops and destroys the plastic pop rivets.The built-in magnet works perfectly to allow you to place the adapter exactly where you want it ON THE CAR and not have to lay it on the floor jack like other models and then try to line it up under the car. It works on many cars with the pinch weld jack points such as my wife's 2014 Nissan. Shipping was very quick and OEM box is sturdy enough to store the adapter in when not in use. Also, the red tag may seem gimicky but its actually a great idea, since the adapter is magnetic it is very easy to forget when attached to the car. Do yourself a favor and leave the RED tag in place!

This is not a badly made product other than it didn't fit my 2014 Mustang. It turns out there might be a version made by this company that will fit my car with the Roush side splitters but I don't know for sure. I think my jack wont get under this either with my car on Eibach Sportline springs. :(

Used this product for a year or so. loved it until one of the sides bent out. Doesn't seem strong enough to the hold the weight of my 2013 Dodge Charger for regular use. As you might know the charger is a Very heavy car. A little over 5000 lb for mine. I wish this product was made of steel. Now I'm online looking for something more substantial. The 3" version would probably be strong enough but it wont fit for the charger. Also, the magnets start falling out after a few uses. so I had to glue it down. The safety tag is set up that it get in the way of aligning the adaptor in a way that it doesn't get crushed.

I bought this for my 2014 Mustang to protect my rocker panels while jacking. I loved the "Remove before flight" flag, but one time I forgot. To my surprise, despite losing the flag, the adapter stayed stuck on the pinch weld through a 500 mile road trip and two automatic car washes. I have no idea how the flag was ripped off but the adapter remained.It's still serving me well to this day, though without the flag it's much easier to forget! I've been out and about and noticed it still stuck on the car several more times since that first. One day I'm sure I'll lose it, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another!

Works great! It's pretty tough and durable. It makes lifting with a floor jack super easy without having to worry about bending or flattening out your pinch welds. It has a strong magnet so it will stay in place. I don't understand how a few people who have reviewed have bent or broken these jack pads unless you're somehow trying to lift at an angle, or if you're putting it on a weld that's bent.

Don't let the "Designed In The USA" slogan full you. These are cheap, bad quality, Chinese jackpads. I got them two years ago for my Dodge Challenger and I used them maybe 4 times total. They are already cracked, bended and the painting is peeling out. If these were under $20 I would consider adding a star, but for what I paid for it these are a ripoff.
