Standard Butter Dish(Colors May Vary)

It is just like the old days where you pick up the butter and the lid doesn't come off. Snaps on securely.

My last color of this model was almond/light tan; both lasting 10 years. Except the color, identical to previous purchases. For people who complain the lid does not snap and lock into place, try this model. The reason for replacement is the outer lip on base begins to separate after years of cleaning in a dishwasher. I wonder if I could get 20 years use by hand washing. These are extremely hard to find.

This butter dish is exactly what I have been looking for. Reminds you of the old Tupperware. I love that it is unbreakable. The price was great! Just love this.

It's much narrower than I thought it would be. A cube of butter will fit, but there's a raised lip around the bottom piece that makes it very difficult to cut a slice of butter all the way down. The quality is not what I hoped it would be and I wouldn't wash in the dishwasher; not even on the top shelf. Know that it's not glass, but rather plastic. The best thing about it is that it snaps shut tightly and keeps any refrigerator smells away from the butter.
