Absolutely love this support pillow. It’s perfect. Use it at night when sleeping as I sleep on my back. It’s under my knees so my legs bend a little, it holds its shape and it’s wide enough. So comfortable! No more waking during the night with aching legs.

I like that it is not oversized like some. It’s easy to maneuver into position and works well to relieve my back pain.

I purchased this to elevate my feet at night due to heel aches when my heels touched the bed. It definitely elevates my feet. My heels don't touch the bed and it serves a dual purpose to relieve hip pressure points by placing it between my knees when I side sleep. It is quite firm though, so forget about using it for your neck. It has a nice zip of cover that's cool and doesn't seem to trap heat. Good quality. Good product.

I was getting a lower back ache even sleeping on my side. I saw a suggestion on-line to try a knee pillow, so I started looking for one on Amazon. I liked that this bolster could be used between the knees for side sleeping and also behind the legs while on your back. I was so surprised and happy with the immediate relief using this bolster for both of those methods. The pillow is very supportive and the cover is very soft. I did check the zipper, like one other review mentioned, and it worked fine. I also managed to tuck the zipper pull into the end of the fabric so the pull wouldn't flap around. It would be nice if they didn't add that sort of stiff label, but it's not usually an issue. If you only needed a pillow for between your knees, I'd suggest finding something smaller, but I like the multiple uses of this. I've gotten pretty good at moving the bolster around to my various sleeping positions. I tend to let the majority stick out in front of my knees when using on my side, because I have cats that like to sleep behind my knees and this will get in the way if you have it poking out behind you. I'll be curious to see how this works during winter. Will I feel like it props up the covers too much and lets cool air in? Hopefully not. It was difficult deciding on what size to get, so I chose Medium since I'm not super small - nor overly large/tall. Most reviews showed people ordered Medium. I feel it was the right choice for me.

This is a quality product but I'm afraid it's way too firm for what I really needed it for~my neck at night.I'll keep it because it is firm enough for under my knees as support. In all fairness it's difficult to judge the firmness by ordering online. I've learned my lesson and I'll shop for 1/2 bolster pillows @ stores in the area vs. online.

This is nice for back sleeping. It lifts the knees and relieves back pressure. It is similar to what my massage therapist has and the price was good.

Measurements for this pillow are not accurate. One end measures 3.25” and the other is 3.75”. NOT THE 4.5 inches as the description states. This is NOT tall enough to give me the support under my knees I need after recent back surgery. Only positive is the soft covering.

This pillow is the perfect height and width for my legs. It’s soft but not too much. Keeps legs cool. Ensure I stay sleeping on my back as prescribed by my physiotherapist. No back strains since started using this 2 years ago.
