I've been looking for a blackhead suction tool for a while now, and was always torn between positive and negative reviews on Amazon. Then I decided to give it a shot and ordered this one. First, it's a great value for the money, and it's one of the cheapest around here - even though it's a brand, not a nameless Chinese tool, and it has 5 suctions level vis-a-vis common 3 for these type of blackhead removers, and also a blue light function. It also feels and looks premium.The suction is very very strong. This is a double-edge sword. On the one hand, you are very likely to suck a lot of stuff out of your pores. On the other hand, it is probably not going to fit those with a super white skin and their capillaries close to the skin surface. Unfortunately, I'm falling into the latter category. Yeah, I did everything as the manual and videos on the site told me: hot shower, deep cleaning of my face, trying on my hand first, and continuous fast moving on my face on the lowest setting with a slight tilting movement to stop. Yet, I have a good couple of bruises on basically every part of my face: nose, chick, forehead. Why? Because my skin is very light, and my capillaries are apparently super sensitive to vacuuming, as I learned a posteriori.Let me repeat myself: this is not the vacuum's fault at all. This thing is a great-quality useful instrument. It is my bad that my too pale skin is prone to break at even slightest pressure and suction, and it is my bad that I didn't think of it before ordering.The bottom line - it is well worth ordering if you want to have a nice suction tool at home instead of expensive cosmetic procedures, but you should do your homework and honestly assess your skin type before ordering. If your skin is thin and very light (mine is almost Nordic type), proceed with caution!What's important overall, you are buying from a nice company that stands behind their product. When this little problem occurred to me, I contacted them, and they immediately offered either a refund or any (even more expensive) beauty product from their store at no cost on my side! Isn't it nice that this company goes an extra mile to satisfy their customers? I am very pleased with the quality of their product (it was just not a good match with my particular skin) and especially with their customer support! I hope to buy more from their store in the future.

I have only received the product. My immediate problem is that, at least in the package I got, there are hardly any instructions: the very minimal instruction booklet does not identify which suction head is to be used for what purpose; there are no visual instructions on changing the filters, and I have no idea where the rubber seals are supposed to go. The product is perhaps for expert users... But I find it rather poor approach to not include detailed instructions.<UPDATE, July 7>Regarding instructions: I ended up looking up a user's video on youtube featuring a similar product. That helped. Having now used this product about twice a week for several weeks, I have to say that, while there is some "grime" that gathers around the rim of the plastic tip, it doesn't clear pores as well as I hoped it would. I am still going to use pore-clearing strips -- I think they take out more buildup out of larger surfaces of the face, like the forehead or the nose. The corners around nostrils remain as hard to clear, and the vacuum blackhead remover seems much less effective than the strips. It's a good idea in principle, but disappointing practice...As the instruction video I found online says, it is fairly easy to bruise your face: after clearing the chin area I ended up with some bruise lines. These are fairly mild and go away by morning. After using the vacuum I cool my face with cold water and apply light moisturizing cream.I am going to keep using it for a while to see if there is any long-term effect, but, after this experience, I would not buy the product and would not recommend it if you have other alternatives: pore-clearing strips, good old-fashioned scrub, maybe some masks.... and an occasional visit to a dermatologist... So, as an attempt to save money, this experiment has failed... but in some sense, I'm glad I did it. Now I know!

This vacuum is great for quick evacuation of whiteheads, blackheads, etc., and it also helps fade fine lines on your face. Make sure to read the directions before use, and be sure to note that the vacuum suction is incredibly strong. Start with the lowest suction level and work your way up, as per the directions, especially if you have sensitive skin. There may be some redness after using the vacuum, but it fades quickly. It’s also very easy to charge and comes with its own USB charger. I would recommend this for both people with the occasional blemish as well as those with chronic blackhead issues.

Does not work waste of money

I was skeptical as to if this was going to work or not. I've seen so many that claim the same things as this one and they didn't do the job. Well, this REALLY DOES WORK! Follow the directions and make sure your skin is softened from hot water or steam and you will see the most disgusting things sucked right out. I use it once a week, sometimes twice. I'm noticing less and less coming out but also noticing my pores are looking sooooo much better and skin is less dull. Hands down would recommended this to anyone.

This is exactly what I needed. It cleans everything out of my pores. It's so much easier than my previous method of using a facial steamer and then a spinning facial brush with blackhead remover face wash. I would have to do the steamer, brush, face wash routine every day to keep my pores blackhead-free. I only use this twice a week and it does a better job, too. Be sure to read the instructions, though. The suction is very powerful!

I've always had a problem with blackheads. My face would break out so badly that I was embarrassed to leave my house. None of the other products have ever helped. I decided to roll the dice on Viobella (I was desperate!). I can honestly say, this device has been worth ever penny. It's so simple to use and the results are undeniable. When my friends ask why I look different, what the change is, I just smile. I know that it is a combination of fresh, clean skin, and the confidence that goes along with it!
