So these are a decently big (not as big as fish oil but still) white solid pills. They work for me. I feel more regulated and stable. I think it helps with my sleep cycles and getting to sleep.Definitely a good add to your supplements.

We have been using magnesium but started using this type based on a recommendation that it also helps with better sleep. It seems to work for us, but it took a few weeks before we noticed a difference.
