Signia/Siemens Streamline TV 03. Made for The NX & BT 13 Signia Hearing aids. Includes Free Cleaning kit.

This is the bst device that I have purchased for getting sound via my hearing aid without bothering anyone else. It may be a bit pricey but it is still cheaper than the price at my hearing aid provider and it is the matching device for my hearing aid. The only issue I have with it is attempting to pause its operation when trying to talk with someone else. It may be me not doing something correctly. Not enough of a problem to bother me or cause me to not use this device!!

The installation process for me was unbelievably simple. I searched for the manual online instead of the manual that came with the unit making it much easier to see. I was amazed how small the unit was. I was expecting something much larger! The unit came with the necessary cables for connecting to the TV. My hearing aids are Siemens Pure Charge and Go and pairing was simple. I also have been using the Siemans APP on my phone for years with my hearing aids. When I opened the APP the Siemens streaming device controls had appeared. I can now hear and understand the dialog of whatever I watch on my TV, an amazing little device!

It is easy to use, pairs easily with hearing aids, has very clear sound. Uses Bluetooth. On the pricey side ($300) but It was worth it to me to know that I would not be disturbing anyone around me when I listen to the television. You can leave the sound off to the TV and just hear it with the hearing aids or headphones. Several hook up options. I use the digital audio out on my TV and use RCA jacks for the audio in on the streamer. It can be used with the Signia App app or without it. Your hearing care Professional will need to add a TV program into your hearing aids to use WITHOUT the Signia App app. I truly enjoy this device.

I was worried about receiving a different product than i had ordered. But it worked and seems fine.

Update: I'm ready to put this device under a car tire and run over it. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I just get Streaming isn't available. Who wants to keep booting, waiting, unpairing, etc. I have True Hearing (Signia) hearing aids. Initially, I had problems getting this to work. After a lot of experimentation, I got it to work. The audio quality isn't great and I can't find a way to adjust base and treble in the Signia app. But I can finally turn closed captioning off. Amazing service from this company.

Works as it should. Easy to pair to hearing aids. Accompanying app works great and elderly parent has no issues managing.
