I have been searching for a ring master jacket for a circus themed gala where I will be the Auctioneer/Ring Master. All the other jackets I looked at were either cheap costume stuff or just looked a little too much military Hussar style with all of the added gold tassels. This has just the right class and definitely the right look. I was worried it would fit weird or just not be constructed well but I could not be any happier with this jacket- the sleeves are a perfect length when my arms hang at my side, as is the high waist cut and the length of the tails are also just right- and best of all the sequins really shine.I spent my career in the circus and the performing arts and this would have been more than acceptable on stage for someone to wear as a ring master or to look fancy and sparkly, assuming nobody will be standing on your shoulders and popping off your sequins. It is comfortable to wear, although I would not say it allows for full range of motion relative to a costume I would have actually worn in a circus while doing acrobatics. But that would be a totally hand made costume with flexible material and 4-10x the price.Overall it cannot be beat for your average wearer!

I ordered a Small and a Medium for my teenager (about 5'4"-5'5", female, about 130lbs) to try on, both in Purple.The Small was the Purple we expected, but the Medium was this lighter, more pink shade. We were on a time crunch and THANKFULLY the Small in the purple we expected was the right fit so we were able to use it. We returned the one that wasn't the right color and it was too big anyway.They absolutely loved this jacket and wore it to a semi-formal dance for school. They wore a bowler hat with a peacock feather sticking out, a peacock feather blingy clip about where a bow tie would go, a white button up collared shirt, fitted athletic pants that looked dressy, and some awesome boots with 4 inch heels. They looked fabulous and said everyone complimented their sparkly jacket!

We got so many compliments on our outfits. I wore this for our Daddy/Daughter dance and plan to take it on a cruise later this year. The jacket is great quality and a little on the heavy side with all the sequins. It fit perfect in the shoulders and chest. It was a little long on the sleeves for my taste but I just tucked them under and managed for the night. For reference I’m 5’10” tall and 175lbs with athletic build. I bought a large.

Jacket is great for fit, and is overall okay, but there are large patches where no sequins are attached! For the $59.99 price I paid, I am definitely feeling very disappointed in the quality of the jacket. Of course, I didn’t realize this till after the return window closed! If you order, do yourself the favor and check to make sure the jacket is in good quality!
