SmartSign - K-5503-AL-12x18 Blank Reserved Parking Sign, Write-On Sign, 12 x 18 Aluminum, Rust-Free, USA Made 12" x 18" Non-Reflective Aluminum

I bought four of these for my boutique personal training studio, where I share a parking lot with a beer/wine bar. I wanted to be able to reserve 4 parking spots for the hours that I needed them, but be reasonable enough to allow bar patrons use of the spaces when I wouldn't be there. I also wanted a low-cost way to be able to change the signage to reflect different hours if My schedule changes materially. These signs were perfect, and affordable for this. For now, I actually just used laminating sheets to affix a plain printed paper message to these signs (see the picture). So far, working perfectly, and will be super easy to change in the future. And since I may want to be able to take these down/put them back up, I just used super grippy tough twist ties (I forget the brand) to affix these to the fence.Pros:- very official-looking signs- arrived in beautiful shape, well-packaged- standard size, with plenty of room for customization- easy to affix a variety of personalized lettering types, including vinyl sign letters- standard holes for affixing to posts, fences, etc.Cons:- Not the most super reflective signs (but still plenty reflective for using in individual parking spaces, where headlights will be shining directly on the sign.- Not really even expected, so not really a con, but don't try to affix any custom messages magnetically, because Aluminum doesn't stick to magnets.These are great if you don't want the expense of custom signs at retail, or want to be able to change your signage.

Liked that you can customize the sign to whoever you want the space reserved. Great quality for the money.

Nice and heavy duty with holes to place in screws. Can also be apoxied to the ground. The writing space is ample enough to write with a sharpie or have it customized for more info. The paint is reflective enough for my needs, which are indoor underground garage. I ordered two of them and I'm very happy with the purchase. I had been having a problem with other tenants using my 2nd parking spot which I pay for and need for an employee. Slapping one of these up on the wall for both spaces did the job! Just seeing the sign and the info that I put on it about violators being towed ended the abuse. Highly recommended.

I was looking for some easy-to-read, straight- forward signs for my building lot. These signs are in good size and thick enough to withstande strong wind for outdoor. Drilling holes on them is easy. I particularly like the blank lower half of the sign that I can use for tenant name sticker printing. 1 star off because, for the price, they can include some nuts, bolts, washes in there for customers I think.

Nice signs for the price. A little flimsy as a storm ripped one off my fence post but other than that they are good. Not as large as expected but fit perfectly for what I needed them for!
