I gave this a 5 because the flowers and how they were arranged was great but the fact that they were delivered upside down and the vase broken in pieces is not the companies fault but the delivery services fault. I ordered these to be sent to my mom and when she received them the box was upside down and the vase had been broken into several pieces. I want this company to be aware of how they were delivered. It’s not the flower company’s fault at all. My mom loved the flowers, they were beautiful and in good condition but the vase was all broken. My mom was also home so she was able to get the flowers out of the box before wilting and broken stems. I’m sure if they want upside down in a broken vase without water for long she wouldn’t have had pretty flowers. Since this flower shop has and sends pretty arrangements they need to look into the delivery services so they don’t lose business due to something that is not their fault.Beth

This bouquet arrived in perfect condition, Big yellow Lillie’s and red roses just ready to open with a fragrant aroma along with yellow snapdragons made someone special very happy today. Perfect.

When I found out that Amazon did flowers, I was so happy. They were a fraction of the cost of some other flower companies. I have bought flowers a number of times through Amazon since and they are always beautiful and fresh and well-received by the recipients.

This bouquet didn't come with any of the big yellow flowers that are advertised.

This is a beautiful arrangement which was for my grandmothers 86th birthday--my only complaint, it was originally scheduled to arrive Friday March 3 but it did not arrive until Monday the 6th.
