Pull handle is kinda small. Other than that works as should. Good buy.

fits and works just fine , this was for a 5 hp snowblower , handle not a mitten or glove handle but not a huge issue

I own a pair of Ariens ST-724 Snow-blowers. Both were purchased by the family and are now 20+ plus years old. They are workhorses and have required little more that standard maintenance through the years. They have a solid Tecumseh engine. When the recoil went on one, I thought it would be a quick repair, which it would have been accept no one makes the recoil anymore!A friend and I (both who do small engine repair) scoured the area and the internet. We found one in a shop that probably would have worked if we re-drilled the holes (they wouldn't have lined up), but it was 3 times the price of this. About ready to give up, I started searching the internet one last time and saw this. I sat down with my old recoil and was able to ascertain it was the perfect visual and dimension match.It arrived promptly (I suppose that's vendor dependent) and I had it installed in less than 15 minutes. Holding the 2 recoils together before installing, both seemed of equal quality. I lost nearly a week on searching when I simply could've ordered this and had it installed.For those commenting that it had no sticker- as stated, my snow-blowers are old; they had the Tecumseh badge. It is like a tee. You simply pull it out and press it back into place in the new recoil, which is exactly what I did.At the low price of this replacement and because I own 2 machines and now know how hard they are hard to find, I plan on buying one more as a reserve.Don't pass this by.

This worked great on my 1976 tecumseh motor and pulls easily. Perfect for the job

I had to remove the housing and use the starter cord on the original. They must have changed the design and kept the part number. It doesn't fit at all.

Perfect Fit. Better than OEM.

No issues. Fits and works as advertised.
