Product did not work for me despite following exact instructions. Tried over a few subsequent cold sore outbreaks and still no diminish. Sore kept growing. Waste of 200$!Of all the g*d damn topical medicine I've tried and plunked my money on I will say the 9$ 0.25 Super Lysine -cold sore treatment salve from Quantum Health DOES work for me. I got mine at a natural food store- whole foods. It states it cuts healing time in half. They aren't kidding. I can FEEL it cooling or working it's magic as I see my sore diminish. Apply every 2 hours. Though it would be nice to have a zapper that leaves you free to eat whenever!

I followed the instructions and used this every half hour as soon as I felt the burning and tingle and it did nothing to shorten the length of my cold sore outbreak. I would not recommend. I plan to try Virulite next as that has been recommended in many cold sore forums
